Order Production:

Once an order has been placed and confirmed it will take 2-7 working days to produce (not including weekends and holidays). 

Please inform us if you require your order for a specific date within our timeframe and we will do our best to fulfil your needs, however this is not guaranteed, so please bear this in mind when placing your order.

Delivery:

Fast and secure delivery across the UAE via courier company.

Delivery time: 1-2 days on product/order completion (not including Sundays). Delivery between 9-5pm. AED 30.

Please ensure you have given us your full address and mobile number to complete your delivery. And, any time restraints you may have within the delivery hours.

Free Collection:

We are based in Motorcity. If you choose to collect from us, we will send our location details to you once your order is produced and ready for collection. 

Correspondance:

Correspondence is via email, so please ensure you give us your email address when ordering. Alternatively, you can DM us through our Facebook or Instagram pages. We will respond asap however, please be patient over busy periods.
