Bead size: 4mm Gold Hematite, 4mm Howlite with Gold Hematite & blue evil eyes, 6mm  Blue Cats Eye.

Sizing: For an exact measurement of your wrist, measure tightly around the wrist just below the wrist joint. 1/2 inch is added for movement so please take this into consideration = 6 inch bracelet will fit a 5.5 inch wrist (Child/XS adult size). 7 inches is average ladies size.
